Comment: Exterior unit does engage when inside thermostat is adjusted for heating or cooling. Inside unit runs continuosly using Aux heat to keep home comfortable. New Lennox unit installed Aug 2014 by company no longer in service. HVAC vendor that absorbed customers has not been successful in repairing unit. Very disappointed in their lack of basic customer service and communication. "Board" in exterior unit was determined was cause of issue, however new board was installed worked for less than 2 days. Been without adequate air or heat since December 16, 2016. Unit under 10 yr parts and labor warranty.
