My house heat went bad, and looking on Yelp for everything. I saw the reviews of this company I thought I would give a try.. When the tech got there on time and nice man. He even wipe feet. Went right to work and found the problem. He could of taking me for a ride all it was a loose wire. He did not charge me a lot and the problem was fixed. thank you

just an awesome company. fair, honest. I was also impressed to know two guys started this place with a great core value. I used to be scared to call a company for fear of being ripped off. not anymore. these folks are great. I'll never go elsewhere now. So I had them come out after realizing the heat wasn't kicking on at all. The unit is 17 yrs old so I keep assuming its failed. Last year they cleaned the sensors for around $100 and this year I had to replace the ignitor for about $250. Still so much cheaper than a replacement. When I asked about pricing a new unit, he said other than some maintainence here and there I might get another 10 years out of this one. Its sad to say but its so rare to deal with a service company that doesn't try to rip you off. Will continue to use them based on excellent service and fair and honest pricing.

Legacy Air came as promised. Fixed our problem quickly & efficiently. House isn't cold anymore. Repairman was very nice & professional (and my fiancé doesn't like a whole lot of people). Our repairman also informed us on how much it'll cost to replace our entire AC & Heater units. So we'll be calling about that very soon! Thank you!!!

First of, I wanted to give a big thanks to Shane for coming out today and fixing our heater/ac. My fiance and I had just came home from California this morning and to find that our heater was not working, we were not happy with that. We called Legacy Air this morning and made an appointment to see if they could come out today to see why our heater/ac. We were glad to hear that they were able to send someone out to our house today. Before Shane even came to our house, he had called my fiance to see if it was ok if he could come earlier then our schedule time because he just finish his previous job early. When Shane arrive he was very professional and did an awesome job, he had found the cause of our heating issue and he was happy to fix it for us. I highly recommend this company and highly recommend Shane for his great customer service. Thanks again!!!

One of the blowers in my house wasn't working, so I went with a buddy's recommendation to give Legacy a call. Along with the overwhelmingly great reviews on Yelp, I knew I was in good hands. Shane was my tech and he arrived timely during the early part of my appointment window. I was hoping it would just be a bad capacitor on the blower motor, which was confirmed after he completed the diagnostic in the attic. A quick swap for a new capacitor and he was done in minutes. It was easy to tell that Shane wasn't trying to burn me on unnecessary repairs. He wanted to do only what was needed and was happy for me when it was just a simple fix that wouldn't cost me very much. Five stars without question.
