People. Be aware of this company! Used to be OK. They fixed a range top hood and refrigerator for me a while ago it it was great. Then, something changed. I called them about 3-4 months ago to quiet down my Samsung washer. They sent a guy who walked in, looked at the washer and told me they do not fix this kind of washers. When I called them in the first place, I specifically told the dispatcher what the problem was and what the washer brand was. So, I paid the guy 65$ for nothing and sent him off. Did not write the review at that time. This time, I got a leak in the garage. Called the same company (what an idiot I am!), told them it is leaking from the the garage ceiling, which seems to be above the dishwasher in the kitchen and asked if they can help. OK, they said. Believe it or not but HE SENDS THE SAME GUY. Dejavu, the guy walks in, glances at the dishwasher, tells me it is not a problem and hands me a bill for 65$. Beware of this scam. Something went really bad with this place.
Highly recommend, were able to come same day and help us out. Initial issue didn't duplicate, but we serviced both a dryer and washer since we had never preformed maintenance on them in 5 years. Turns out the dryer had a massive amount of lint and could have caused a fire, thank you for the fast response and helping us out!
David came by to repair a gas burner on an old stove top. He was diligent and thorough with his diagnosis of the problem. He explained it common terms and provided recommendations to prolong my stove. Great guy and all around great experience.
Yuri was knowledgeable, and nice. He told me the first 3 mins that there is nothing wrong with my washer...when we moved, the plumber put studs in the back of the washer to keep it from shifting, we didn't know that...Yuri came on a Sunday and gave me an option to remove them myself. I opted for him to do it, he stayed and tested the washer to make sure the problem was fixed...Thank you!!
I called and spoke with Dennis in the morning because my dryer wasn't working. The technician visit was the same day. There was a $45 fee for the visit, which was applied towards parts and labor. The switch was defective as were the knobs. It was $159.90 in total. I didn't know what to expect as I never had to call a technician for a major appliance before. I wasn't sure whether the repairs would be completed the same day, or he had to return with parts. David, the technician, was extremely knowledgeable. He completed the entire operation within minutes. He had the parts in his truck, so I didn't have to wait for him to return with parts. I learned that knobs are a common problem with dryers. David said I can pick them up from Sears.
My Whirlpool washer failed on me. I called Redondo Beach appliance repair and within hours Yuri had showed up and had the parts my washer needed with him and in a short amount of time my washer was completely fixed! He was polite and got the job done. I would use them again and recommend them to anyone who needs appliance repair!
I called on Saturday about my dryer that was not tumbling. Yuri came out on a Sunday. He called before he showed up and was able to fix the dryer as the belt drive had snapped. He even walked me through the whole process and explained the steps so I would be able to check/fix this issue in the future. Very nice. Would recommend and would call for service again
