They came out and assessed the problem and had to order parts. I have an AHS warranty so I understand they have to get parts through them. However, this was a down refrigerator with lots of meat in the freezer and perishable items in the refrigerator side. I think this should have qualified for emergency care. Kind of like having your ac break in August in Provider name locked. . After 10 days of no parts arriving and living out of coolers and totally loosing the meat(150.00) I decided to hire another company to do the fix and it was done in 2 days. Although I am continuing my AHS warranty I will never let this firm in my house again. AHS on the other hand, stepped up and not only paid for the repairs but also reimbursed me for the 75.00 service fee that I paid Provider name locked. . No one paid for the lost food. Avoid them like the plague. They have been to my house before, and they are part of the AHS program and have always complained about how it was my fault that the icemaker wasn't working or that there was something like a flip top on a beer can that caused the impeller to get clogged in the dishwasher. I don't drink beer.
