We had a refrigerator emergency and David made an extra effort to make sure he straightened out our runaway fridge. The fridge and freezer once again work harmoniously side by side. Service was delivered in a timely, professional manner. Repair was priced reasonably. We will gladly use Zajic Appliance again.
We have used Zajic for the 9 yrs we've lived in our house and we will continue to use them because they are prompt, honest, and reliable. I can't recommend this company enough.
We just purchased a Speed Queen top load washer model AWNE92SP113TW01 from Zajic. The whole experience has been great. We did not realize that Zajic existed until we searched this model online from Speed Queen website, and Zajic was listed one of the retail stores. We called Zajic to make this purchase over the phone. They accepted credit card. The transaction was simple. They scheduled the delivery within a few days. The hard-working staff delivered our new Speed Queen washer up to the second floor, installed it, and hauled our old washer with only $49 labor fee. We are very happy with Zajic and definitely recommend this appliance store to our friends and family.

I rarely purchase based on price, but on the aspect of dealing with folks that I have confidence in to supply quality products and expert workmanship. Once again that philosophy has paid off as our new washing machine and dryer installation went perfectly. Unknown to me at the time of purchase, my Wife has now informed me that she compared the price and they were unbeatable. As a home repair contractor myself I realize that to receive the best it is not unusual to pay a little extra. Apparently Zajic Appliance has found a way to serve its customers their cake, and eat it too.
I had been trying to fix the connection to my freezer/water line to my fudge for, not kidding, 8 hours between 6 separate Home Depot runs. Finally after much exhaustion and incompetence by the various plumbing techs and refrigerator sales people at Home Depot, a Home Depot guy said, "Go over to Ajics on Florin, they will know how to fix it." I thought I was being sent on a wild goose chase but once I got to Ajics I was SO HAPPY I finally found someone who could help me!!! A blond lady on the parts side actually listened to my futile process and looked at the pictures I had and HEARD me. She didn't know right at first but she went and dug up a part and brought over some tubing and played around with it for a few minutes. She then showed me EXACTLY how to fix it!!! I asked her how much for the little part and prayed by the time I got home it would work like how she showed me. She said, "consider it a gift from us. If you've been at this all day like you say you have, you deserve a break somewhere..." Needless to say, I've never heard of this place before but it was an incredibly helpful and worthwhile experience to say the least! Thank you to the lady who helped me finally fix the issue, now we have filtered water and fresh ice in our brand new fridge and couldn't be happier!
Zajic is a wonderful company to do business with. I have both purchased from them and had service work done. Both experiences were 5 star it is great doing business with a high quality local company with excellent customer service.
Fridge we bought a couple of years ago was making strange noises. Repairman came, no noises, charged for a service call. Fast forward, couple months later, noise driving wife crazy, 30 day revisit period over, call again, put iPhone in fridge on record, captured the sound. Repairman comes, diagnosis, explains, no charge. Refuses tip. Def will call again and purchase appliances when needed.
Had a small issue with the Stove turned out to be operator error but they sent somebody out immediately to look at it and fix any issues we had
Just had Dave Zajic here to service our refrigerator. It was an intermittent problem and, luckily, he was able to see it just as it was happening. He replaced the circuit board and left the area neat and tidy. We have used Zajic for over 30 years and have found them to be an excellent, reliable, and fair company. We will be pleased to continue using them.
When moving to our present home, we needed a new washer-dryer. The big box stores showed us fancy, bells and whistles, very expensive units. When we went to Zajic, we were drawn to plain old white, large capacity, simple Speed Queen units costing about half the price of the other ones. The salesman said the new units do use less water, but as a consequence, they beat your clothes up and wear them out faster. SOLD on the Speed Queens. They have been great. Zajic comes through again!
