Home Electrical Repair Service
We've been using Plumbline Services for the last 5 years or so, in 2 different homes. They've done a number of electrical, plumbing, & boiler services for us over the years. What I like best is their professionalism. They are always quick to respond, usually the same day. Their technicians wear protective footies over their street shoes in your home, & are conscientious about cleaning up after themselves. (As opposed to one independent plumber we used who tracked mud through 2 levels of our house, & made us wait 2 days when we had a leaky outdoor faucet. Who has the time or patience for that, even if it's cheaper?)
They are prompt & professional, but also friendly. They are generally pricier, but I am willing to pay more for same-day, clean, professional service (who has time to wait during an emergency?). We are in their preferred-member program, which saves us a lot of money (no trip charges, & better pricing- they work with us on pricing, since we are regular customers). I also like that they have a pricing book, so you can see upfront what they charge. No made-up pricing structures. Yes, if you have a large/non-emergency job, it is in your best interest to get several bids. But if you want quality work when life throws backed-up drains, heating emergencies, etc., your way, these guys are definitely the ones to call.
